About Us

The Harley Owners Group (HOG) is a national organization founded and sponsored by Harley-Davidson.  Its membership consists of Harley-Davidson owners and riders.  The Black Mountain Chapter #2844 - Henderson NV is sponsored by the Henderson Harley-Davidson dealership located in Henderson, Nevada.

The chapter was founded on January 1, 2006; it was created for the purpose of riding and enjoying the ownership of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.  Our goal is to have fun and educate one another about safe riding skills.  We are a family organization and encourage you to involve your family in our events. We sponsor many charities in the area.  Our HOG general membership meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. but come early for barbequed hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks as well as the opportunity to meet other members. All are welcomed to attend.  Our officer meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month.  This meeting is open to chapter officers only.

We publish a bi-monthly newsletter "The Black Mountain Review“  to keep our members informed on events, runs and safety tips.  This is also mailed to all other chapters is the area.  As a Chapter member you have access to post messages on our Forum.

Anyone interested in being involved, as a member must first have a current membership with National HOG.
