September-1st-7:00pm-General Membership Meeting-Elks Lodge 2802,on Lake Mead Blvd.in Henderson. Join us for some great grilled dogs and burgers-doors open and grilling begins at 6pm! Ladies of Harley members meet at 6pm just before the general meeting. Don't forget to buy 50/50 tickets....it only takes one! Hope to see you there!
September- 3rd thru the 6th -6:00 am-Durango, Co. Extended Overnighter - departing from Wagon Wheel Shell. This Labor Day weekend make some memories with you Harley club friends and join us for this extended overnighter to the Rocky Mountains. Ride thru Four Corners Monument, take a scenic train ride thru the Rocky Mountains or spend the day in Telluride. Friday and Saturday we'll be in Durango, then Sunday Morning we head out to Escalante, UT., back to Henderson on Monday. Rooms are on your own in Durango, however we have secured a limited number of rooms at the Prospector Inn in Escalante. Call 435-826-4653 to reserve your room $50.00 for one person and $55.00 for two persons. Mention you are with Black Mountain Harley. So pack your gear for a really great ride!!!!
September- 9th-6:30 pm-Meet N Eat-Cadillac Ranch in Town Square-6593 South Las Vegas Blvd. This is a great location for all are members to meet and enjoy a relaxing dinner! It to was recommended by one of our members and I'm sure you will love it! If you have been there before you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't---then come see what you've been missing! Hope to see you there!
September- 11th - 10:00 am New Chapter Member & Owners Ride - Departing from Henderson HD - For all our new members wanting to know what we're all about, or maybe you're considering joining the Black Mountain HOG Chapter...well then this is YOUR RIDE! Come out and see what we do, how we operate and enjoy a short group ride! You can meet fellow Chapter Members & Officers, ask questions and make some new friends. After the ride, stick around for a BBQ Lunch sponsored by Henderson Harley Davidson! Great riding and free food...doesn't get much better!
September -12th-7:00 am-Valley of Fire Breakfast Ride-departing from Iron Skillet Kitchen and making a stop in Overton for breakfast. If you have never been to the Valley of Fire you are in for a treat. We will enjoy the beauty of this first State Park in Nevada and marvel over rock formations such as the Bee Hive, Seven Sisters, and Elephant Rock! This is an experience you won't forget.....and so close to Las Vegas! There is a $10.00 charge to get into the park. ($8.00 for Nevada residents.) Just present your NV driver license. Don't forget your camera!
September-18th-7:00 am- Rachel Breakfast Ride-Departing from the Iron Skillet Kitchen. This little community has been featured in magazines, books, television shows and many major newspapers as the center of UFO activity, drawing Sci-Fi fans and visitors from all over the world. The result of this publicity was the renaming of S.R. 375 as "The Extraterrestrial Highway" by Nevada State Legislature. So even if you don't believe in "UFO's" it will be a VERY interesting ride. Come join the fun!!!
September-25th-7:00 am-Mother Road H.O.G. Horseshoe Challenge-Departing from Wagon Wheel Shell, this is a one way ride. Join us for the 2nd annual Horseshoe challenge in Kingman, Az. We are going to bring that trophy to the Black Mountain chapter this year! Sooo... if you've been looking forward to this day all year, now's the time to help your chapter bring it home either by entering the competition or by being in the cheering section. Join your Chapter in this fun filled day!!!

October 2nd - 10:00 am New Chapter Member & Owners Ride..... Departing from Henderson HD..... October 3rd-7:30 am-Ride For Kids....benefiting the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation..... departing from Henderson HD. This is a police escorted ride which will begin at the Las Vegas Speedway. We will meet at the dealership and the Chapter portion of the ride will be from HHD to the speedway. The "Ride for Kids" begins at 10am with registration opening 8am with a minimum donation of $35.00...this will get you morning coffee, donuts and a light lunch. If you raise $300 + in donations, you could be the winner of the grand prize. For further information and details on the event, please visit www.rideforkids.org. October 9th – 7:30 am- I-Hop on Warm Springs West of Marks - FYI - Come join your Black Sheep and BMHOGHD friends for breakfast at I-Hop, complete with 10% off tickets that just might win you an I-Hop or Henderson HD gift card!! After breakfast meet at Henderson HD to group up for a nice loop ride as well! Food, Prizes, Friends, and Riding ...What a cool concept!!
October 14th-6:00pm-Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix- Meet N Eat....Located at 1401 N. Rainbow Blvd.(259-7000) to ask directions if you are not familiar with the area). Come on out and join in a little friendly competition or just enjoy running around the track at you own speed! And if you're not into driving on the race track come on out and cheer for your friends. And if you like pizza this one will be a clear winner for you!
October 17th-8:30am-Goldfield Ghost Town Lunch Ride…..departing from Santa Fe Sinclair. Goldfield was founded in 1902 and within a few years was the largest city in Nevada. The locals say the Goldfield Hotel is haunted and has been featured on TV and documentaries on Haunted Places. So join us and let's SCARE up some fun in the spirit of HALLOWEEN in Goldfield. It will be SPOOK-TACULAR.
October- 23rd-9:00 am-Bullhead City Lunch Ride- Departing from Wagon Wheel Shell (215 and Wagon Wheel) we will head to Kathiz Leather where she has planned a special surprise for our chapter. Then to "Off Road Diner" for lunch. This is a new eating place for us but some of the members have already enjoyed what they say is great food and great service!! So come on and join us for a fun ride!

October 30th-7:00am-Calico Ghost Town….departing from St. Rose Shell…Join the chapter for a short ride to Yermo, Ca. to the Historic Calico Ghost Town. There is plenty to see and do! The beautiful colors of the Calico Mountains, Lane House & Museum, Maggie's Mine are just a few of the sights you will enjoy. And of course lunch at the old town saloon! If you enjoy history and days gone by, you won't want to miss this wonderful day of riding, food and history!
